A Swingin’ Holiday Affair

You don’t want to miss this fun holiday show that is sure to get you into the festive spirit!  When Grammy-Nominated singer and local Southington native, Steve Lippia takes the stage and sings his first note, audiences are captivated by his soaring vocals. A world-class entertainer, Steve is one of North America’s premier interpreters of The Great American Songbook and offers his own, authentic interpretation of hit songs made popular by Tony Bennett, Frank Sinatra, Bobby Darin, Nat King Cole, Billy Joel and others.

Backed by a wonderful swing band, Steve reintroduces some of the most beautiful holiday favorites that spark the imagination and rekindle old memories; “I’ll Be Home For Christmas,” Let It Snow,” “White Christmas,” “Have Yourself a Merry Little Christmas,” “Jingle Bells,” and the “Christmas Waltz.” Of course, Steve will also be singing non-holiday standards such as “Come Fly With Me,” “All The Way,” “Lady Is A Tramp,” “New York, New York,” “I’ve Got You Under My Skin,” and “Luck Be A Lady.”

Steve sets the holiday mood with his treatment of many great Christmas classics made famous by Mel Torme, Bing Crosby, Andrea Bocelli, Rosemary Clooney and Frank Sinatra.  His show is a perfect blend of holiday classics and year-round melodies that audiences yearn for.
